Well folks, it’s been a great 15 years at C St Bistro! The Bistro closed on March 31, 2026, and we’re moving on to a new venture at the McCully House, just a block away. We look forward to seeing you all at “The Monterey,” a bespoke steak and seafood restaurant, where everyone is invited.
